Dungeon in Nine Tiles has no account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your progress stays on your device, and we have no server to send it to. Google Play or the App Store handles purchases, and we never receive your payment details, name or email address from them.
1. Who we are
Dungeon in Nine Tiles is published by Arc & Logic. This policy covers the game, this website and email support. You can reach us at games@arcandlogic.com.
2. What the game doesn’t do
The game has no account and no sign-in. It shows no ads and contains no analytics or tracking. It does not use advertising identifiers.
The game contains no third-party SDKs other than the platform store billing libraries: Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit on iOS. It uses them only to sell and restore purchases, as described below.
3. Saved on your device
Your progress, your settings and which purchases are unlocked are saved only on your device. The game does not send them to us or to anyone else. We have no server.
Uninstalling the game deletes this data from your device. On Android, the game opts out of Android’s backup, so device backups do not include your save. On iOS, your save can be included in your own iCloud or device backup and restored from it, like other app data; we never receive it. Progress does not sync between devices: restoring purchases on another device unlocks what you bought, but does not bring your progress.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details, name or email address from the store. Google Play gives us a record of each order (order number, product, date, price and country or region, never payment details); Apple gives us sales totals, and we can look up a specific order only if you send us its order ID.
To unlock what you have bought, and when you restore purchases, the app asks the store which of the game’s products your store account owns. The store answers the app on your device; the answer is not sent to us.
Google and Apple handle your purchase information under their own policies: see Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Crash reports from the stores
If you have chosen, in your device settings, to share diagnostics with app developers, Google or Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous crash reports and usage statistics through their developer consoles. We use them to find and fix problems. You can change this choice at any time in your device settings.
6. This website
This website is a set of static pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no scripts, and its images and fonts are hosted with the site. Cloudflare, our website host, processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the pages. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
The game’s About & Credits screen can open pages of this website in your browser. Links to other sites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
7. Emailing us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to reply and help you. We keep support emails only as long as we need them, and you can ask us to delete them. Please don’t send passwords or payment-card details.
8. Children
The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. If a child has emailed us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete that message.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority.
We hold no game data about you: your progress lives only on your device (and, on iOS, in any iCloud or device backup you make), and you can remove it by uninstalling the game and deleting those backups. For the support emails we hold, write to games@arcandlogic.com with “Dungeon in Nine Tiles privacy request” in the subject. For your purchase history and store account, contact Google or Apple, who hold that information.
10. Changes & contact
If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. We will give additional notice of material changes where the law requires it.
